Chris and his team at m1 helped my wife and I stage and sell our condo in just 2 days in a very tough oversaturated condo market. If you're in southern ontario this is the team you need and they do 1% comission. Chris was very attentive and professional with us, and his team member Laurie went above and beyond helping us find our new home just days after selling our condo.

SOLD in one day! Chris' professionalism and knowledge is second to none. We put an offer in on a home Sunday with condition of sale. He quickly and confidently arranged all services needed to help us get our home ready for the market in 48 hours.
